Know What is Women's Greatest Support System

We have always heard that behind every man, there is a woman, but this is also very much true that behind every successful woman, there is a woman with firm determination. A determination to wade through the social barriers to light a better world for women like you and me.

Let us understand how a woman can be a women's greatest support system!

What I am today is only your thought:

It is the epitome of strength a woman has taken to reach where they are, and that is only possible when the mindset is progressive. Being an ambassador of change is a challenging road to walk. It is the perseverance to rise above all the hurdles and redefine self and the people around them.

A women is a women's greatest support system.

Because you can understand better:

A woman is a women's most incredible support system; at some point or the other, they all have sailed in the same boat, experiencing similar hurdles. The precious experiences and learnings strengthen the foundation of each other, ensuring the baton rolls from one to another and life continues.

What's unique about Women's Day?

The day will be the same as usual; reading the quotes in papers and discount offers in the notification tab ensured that every woman felt special when each woman was celebrated for their courage, being multi-tasked, fitting each role, and progressively marching ahead with her dreams. As a society, it is just another day where women fulfill all their chosen roles. In today's era, where she is rising as an entrepreneur, she is also changing to survive the modernized idealogy, she is the change that is being empowered with each passing day. And this day marks celebration of the change, the perspective and the growth mindset.

When Choices made the difference:

The right to education for all was well earned by female children years ago, but proving its worth is still a saga that continues. Yet there are many sets of people who encourage their girl child to pursue dreams that are beyond gender bias.

Change is important in mindset;

Attire and degrees is just a crescent.

Acceptance of her identity is critical,

Its the need of hour and essential.

If you see women through a Time machine:

If we hop on to time machine and land in the era where the choice of subjects was given to women citing the distance and requirement of their studies, then we know how much struggle a girl must have gone through to be different from selecting something of her choice. But in the digital world, boundaries are shunned, and women use them best. With the women's day theme of 2023, DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality, we are witnessing an era where women turn adversity into opportunity.

How have women progressed Era after Era?

With the excellent women's perception and mindset, the world is progressing rapidly in all sectors and fields. Today, we have witnessed women holding the digital world up their sleeves and walking shoulder to shoulder in every industry.

When tough tasks challenge world,

increases tension among the herd.

One mindful decision of her,

task completes bit by bit in cheer.

Ode to Women from another one

This Women's Day, we thank all the people who pave the way to women's growth, understand their perspective,  create a platform for them to perform, and, most importantly, respect their voices.

Today we have so much on our plates only because our mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers thought a beautiful world for us. Our duty as today's women is to take their efforts forward positively.

We, as sisters, are each other's support system. We believe in that magical touch, or you can say jaadu ki jhappi, that keeps both of us going.

This blog post is part of the Women's Day Blog Hop, themed on She: A Tribute to Her, hosted by Swarnali Nath

  1. I absolutely agree with you. Women should jelp each other. What sisterhood can do no man can. contest it. Patting each others backs and egging each other on is what we should be doing instead of tearing each other down like Ekta Kapoors serials.

  7. The challenges faced by women can be overwhelming and isolating, but having a network of other women who understand and can relate to these experiences can be a tremendous source of strength and support. More power to the girl power!

  8. Very well penned. I agree with the statement that a woman's strength is demonstrated in the achievements they make, and a progressive mindset is often a key component in achieving those accomplishments. A progressive attitude involves being open to new ideas, challenging traditional norms, and embracing diversity and equality.

  9. While women are evolving and becoming a better version of themselves, some men just won't change. Once the whole mindset changes, only then can we expect the world to be a better place. Minus ego/pride/arrogance, etc.

  10. I loved how with each heading there's a poetic touch to drive the point home. That's your 'magical touch' and all women have that. My favorite lines were these

  11. It is true, that the road less traveled is difficult to take but once a woman treads an unknown path. she paves the way for so many others too. A woman can indeed be the best support for another woman!

  12. A woman who takes the treacherous road less traveled, indeed paves the way for hundreds of others to follow. She is indeed the best support a woman can get.

  13. It's true that behind every successful woman there is always ultimately a women... Even if it is a man, the man would be supportive only if he has been brought up by a strong women's upbringing...

  14. I always say that be it women's day, be it feminism it is not the fight for women to.get recognition from man but for women to stand for each other and it should start from home

  15. Absolutely love the theme of the post and a great way to bring out the support women need and what a lovely bond you both have. We should not only rise to support but also stand during tough times

  16. Support system is very essential. Yes, "push" is needed.
Women as fellow supporters of women can mean more success.
Women understand the challenges and their empathy and help can be a boon.

  17. This post makes so much sense. Thank you for presenting your views on Women's day in such a meaningful way. When women support each other, nobody can stop them from growing and achieving their dreams.

  18. Agree with both of you. I like how you have succinctly conveyed the message of mindset. It is up to us, no matter what is on our plate, to incrementally support other women-, without judgement. Only then can there be a real shift in the world. We are barely scratching the tip of the burg, if we go beyond the middle and affluent sectors or look at rural area - there are real impediments to change in mindset and more needs to be done.

  19. Women are epitome of strength, poised and bravery and nothing can stop her in her journey of success. Self love and determination can take them a long way And I too find myself lucky to have such friends in my life who are more than any blood relations, who believed in me and being my constant support.

  20. Beautiful thought. Women have to uplift each other and be a strong support system. Loved how you expressed such wonderful ideas with segments for each and rhyming words too

  21. Absolutely, we women are each other's support system! Too often we are pitted against one another and it is the patriarchy which wins in that case. But when women work with each other nothing can beat us.

  22. I really liked your take buddy and yes empowered women empower women, nothing can pull us down if we have each others back and our blogger community is the right example for it

  23. This is so true, I have personally gotten support from many women at different times. There is always an invisible sense of moral support even with women who are strangers, and that I think is wonderful. We can reach much greater heights with this kind of mutual support. Let's hope to keep the magic alive. :)

  24. True, Like the saying goes, when a woman stands up for herself, she is also standing up for all those she represents! A lovely article. We need to thank all those who came before us and made life much easier for us.

  25. I'm glad you feel this way. Women need to help each other rise instead of forcibly keeping them subjugated or booing every success that occurs.

Every rise by one is an inspiration for so many more women across the country.

  26. Women supporting women is the need of the day. The glass ceiling is real and we need to form a pyramid to reach it and smash it on the face of patriarchy.

  28. I totally agree with what you have written above and loved how optimistic this post feels to read through ! It is very important that we women stick together and cheer for our own progress . We are here today because of many women who have struggled hard enough for every generation to go a little forward.

  29. Correctly said that if a woman supports another woman and appreciates her efforts, it becoms all the more easy to progress.

  30. Women supporting and standing for women is the best way to empower and encourage. We know what we go through and what better than having someone accept and stand behind us for it. Grow together!

  31. I connect with the thought, and agree too. However, my perspective is a slight different from this, behind every successful women, there is an army of people whom she win over or fight with. Males of the family who support their women, makes them courageous and brave to fight any battle, in the end, every successful woman has a string of cheerleaders supporting them.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Absolutely. Women need to support other women because they are aware of all the difficulties faced. I see a lot many women around me do that and I hope more and more women come forward instead of being a hindrance.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Women are unstoppable and unbeatable when they decide to do something for self or for others they always find the way to radiate the world in both ways. I can imagine the power of the aura of woman when she supports a man, just think what will be the level of shineness when every woman decide to come forward to support a woman. I loved the way you have depicted the presence of a woman in every field.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I agree with you. Women needs strong support system. We need to help each other and pave the path for future generation just like our mothers, grandmothers and other women did.

  36. This is a wonderful representation of how women have been making a mark in the respective fields since generations now. I completely agree that for women to be successful, it is the other women who need to support and accept them. True empowerment comes by uplifting ourself along with others.
