What Does EcoBloggers Community Say On Environment

We have been enthusiastically writing about the environment awareness posts in our #EnvironmentalTalks cause for the #CauseAChatter. We have carefully chosen the topics that bring the cognizance among readers and are grateful to all the Environmentalists and Founders of Eco-friendly enterprise guests who featured at our #EnvironmentalTalks sessions who discussed what a common person can do towards the benefit of the environment.

Our goal with #EnvironmentalTalks

We have to be careful about what we are surrounded with and what forms the core of our existence. The important objective of our blog is to spread awareness about the importance of the little changes that we can incorporate in our daily activities and how a small change can help contribute our bit towards our mother earth.

One Advice to readers for the betterment of Environment

There is nothing beyond the earth we live in, please do your bit and look at how flora and fauna flourish around you. Though we are doing today seems very tiny but definitely, the deep-rooted lessons that we leave for the coming generations will be huge.

When a group of people voices out the opinions and facts for the awareness of the betterment of the world then the effort is recognized and it creates the impact. Moving ahead with the motto to spread mindfulness related to nature and our responsibility towards it we have collated thoughts of our fellow #EcoBloggers on the environment and their advice to readers with a few questions.

What made you choose Environment as a topic for CauseAChatter?

Sustainability and development are a very large part of my life as I work in this sector for the past 7 years. I have witnessed much disinterest and ambiguity about the environment and environmental issues in our society. I thought CauseAChatter will be a good platform to spread some awareness about the subject through my writings.

What one piece of advice do you want to give to your readers for the betterment of the Environment?

One piece of advice I would like to give is that when one tries to be environmentalists, don't go overboard. The basic crux of sustainability is "using" resources while being considerate towards future generations too. We are living in the 21st century. And our living needs resources. So, just try to minimize the waste. Be mindful of it.

Eco Blogger :: Debidutta Mohanty

Debidutta is a blogger, storyteller, and entrepreneur. She expresses her thoughts at www.womb2cradlenbeyond.com.

What made you choose Environment as a topic for CauseAChatter?

I chose Environment as a #causeachatter topic because we don't have planet B to survive. If we are not conscious of our environment today then the entire human race is at the threat of being extinct along with other species. The change will happen only when we lead a conscious life.

What one piece of advice do you want to give to your readers for the betterment of the Environment?

Reduce plastic as much as possible. Plastics are non-biodegradable for years together and are creating havoc for the environment. One simple act can bring a huge change, as simple as the way we cut the milk packets. Sounds interesting!!

Eco Blogger :: Neha Jain

Neha Jain is an author, blogger, teacher, and a proud mother of two kids. She blogs at https://jainnehas.wordpress.com/ She loves to write about books, education of young kids. She often talks about things that are somewhere lost in our lives and spreads awareness too.

What made you choose Environment as a topic for CauseAChatter?

For CauseAChatter I chose Environment as my topic as I feel to survive in this world humankind needs to be sensitized towards the environment. we should take care of it, and spread awareness.

What one piece of advice do you want to give to your readers for the betterment of the Environment?

For me it is simply the R rules: reduce reuse and recycle

Eco Blogger :: Neha Tambe

Neha Tambe is a parent, mom blogger, and content marketer. Her business Contentspire is a content writing and marketing firm specializing in supporting small businesses. As a mom blogger at nehatambe.com, she likes to write about her experiences, education, and sustainable living.

The one thing that was ingrained in me as a child is that 'we are because of nature'. If we are mindful of what we take then there is enough for everyone but if we hoard it will be the doom of us.

As a parent when I saw the casual and wasteful approach towards nature in the coming generation I realized it was important to revisit our childhood and pick some sustainable habits that can be taught to the next generation. We are partly responsible for the attitude as we blindly aped the west or other trends without thinking, so it is our responsibility to remedy it as well.

Not everyone needs to go on a strike, the more we do things on an individual and community level the greater the impact.

What one piece of advice do you want to give to your readers for the betterment of the Environment?

Not everything old needs to be discarded- be it thoughts, lifestyle, or clothes and utensils. Stop looking down on recycling, upcycling and using pre-loved things. It was something that we did as children, let's bring it back for our children.

Eco Blogger :: Pragun

Pragun aka Panchtatwa girl is passionate about panchtatwas of life and nature. She tries her best to convey this message via her blog - praguntatwa.com as well as shares views on eco-living on her green podcast Praguntatwa talks.

What made you choose Environment as a topic for CauseAChatter?

The environment is my favorite topic as my blog - praguntatwa.com and my podcast praguntatwa talks are based on eco-friendly living and conscious lifestyle.

I'm always obsessed with panchtatwa of life and nurturing nature.

I feel every step counts and being humans on this Earth we must keep trying and doing that one green step that can be beneficial for our environment, and our future generations to come.

What one piece of advice do you want to give to your readers for the betterment of the Environment?

One piece of advice is not enough when the environment, as a whole, is the topic. But the most important advice would be Awareness. One has to be aware and conscious of what we are buying and stay aware of even what we are throwing too.

If we start becoming aware of our daily habits we can try to be conscious and eco-friendly people. My tag line says - Eco-friendly living is not a choice, it's a habit.

Eco Blogger :: Ritu Bindra

Ritu is an entrepreneur, a design professional, and an avid reader. She shares her thoughts on recently read books and topics she feels strongly about on her blog, Bohemian Bibliophile. She prefers reading and talking about lesser-known books that have missed all the hype and hysteria. Quoting Haruki Murakami “If you only read the books that everyone else is reading, you can only think what everyone else is thinking.”

What made you choose Environment as a topic for CauseAChatter?

This year, I have been sharing book recommendations on the different causes promoted by Blogchatter. Indian books on the environment are often the least explored. And as I have gleaned from the responses I have received, most of the time, we are not aware of our environmental history or biodiversity. Or that India is in the midst of Holocene extinction. I hope the books I have recommended raise much-needed awareness.

What one piece of advice do you want to give to your readers for the betterment of the Environment?

It starts with us. We cannot be lax and sit back waiting for others. Every action we take, large or small, matters.

Tomichan Matheikal is primarily a teacher and then a blogger and author. He is keenly interested in making our world a better place for all creatures in it. He writes regularly at https://matheikal.blogspot.com/

What made you choose Environment as a topic for CauseAChatter?

The environment is the most affected victim of human progress and development. We have completely ignored the fact that the earth is a living organism of which we are only a fractional part. We have ignored the other millions of organisms as well as vital biological systems. Unless we pay serious attention to the demands made by those organisms and systems, we are going to destroy the earth altogether. This is the reason I take great interest in environmental causes.

What one piece of advice do you want to give to your readers for the betterment of the Environment?

Never ignore what you can do for the planet. It may be simple things like avoiding plastics, using your electronic gadgets to their maximum capacity before dumping them, and appropriately disposing of waste. Small actions mean a lot in saving a big planet.

These were thoughts of our fellow #EcoBloggers, do share with us what is one task you do towards environment whole heartedly.

This post is a part of the #EnvironmentalTalks of #CauseAChatter of Blogchatter where we are writing about environment-related topics for the whole year. You can read all the posts related to the environment here.
