which is titled ‘UNREAD’, 100 stories or poetries bundled up in a book summed

detail whether this book held our attention or not.

The Book:
Unread is a culmination of myriad
author works in the form of poems and short stories which comprises 100
different emotions put together to present the readers a complete set of bouquet
of emotions by Platform for Artists.
The poems or stories are very crisp and
short each covering a single page. The title Unread portrays that the
collection is not published anywhere else before being a part of this book and
many of them are first time authors.
My
Inputs:
'Hope Hawker' by Ayush Chhabra is inspiring from the entire lot of and 'Hero' by Sugandha Yadav showcases how a real hero should be and poem with title 'Uncordinated Cordinates' is my favourite.
The last page of the book is left empty for the reader to jot down what he or she wants to pen or think should have been a part of this book. This gives a reader to feel of being a writer and then book completes its 100 untold stories.
Though it is a great way for the authors to become a published writer but still this book misses out on few points.
The collection of poems and stories are
just randomly arranged not maintaining any theme. While we navigate from one
poem to another the reader tends to forget the subject of the previous
one.
Most author works lacks the real
essence and fails to maintain the readers interest.
It
could have been better if the publication could have come up with two different
sets of books one Hindi collection and the other in English else a reader is
ought to be a bilingual person.

The Platform For Artists has done a
great job by publishing the works of the writes across the country. The book
can be a one time read for those who want some random thoughts to linger on.

ReplyDeleteI have read this collection of poems and only point I disliked was mix of 2 languages in one book. There might not be many readers who would appreciate Hindi and English language poems together. I did like my reading experience.
