Mysterious Deed

“Where do you go every alternate full moon day?” Joe questioned Shanon.

“We had a pact that you will never ask about it”. Shanon replied and left to complete another historian project leaving Joe puzzled.

Not this time thought Joe and quietly followed her. He could see Shanon hastily entering an abandoned out-house door and chewing a strange fruit.

Picture Prompt - Friday FIctioneer @Rochelle

“Eating a fruit is no crime”; Joe startled Shanon and plucked one for him from the weird shrub.

“You are also now part of the curse”. Shanon added, “be sure you wish to continue this for 210 years as I do.”
