COLOR - Main Ingridient of Life #HoliSpecial

Tipi tipi tap which color do you want?
I want green....the color of leaves.

Tipi tipi tap which color do you want?

I want yellow....the color of a ripe mango.

Tipi tipi tap which color do you want?

I want red....the color of pretty rose.

Tipi tipi tap which color do you want?

I want blue....the color of a sky.

Do you remember this game which we all used to play with much enthusiasm and love for colors and wearing a colorful outfit on that day would make us even more special in friends in childhood? And the best part was, anybody could join this game at any time and could be played by all of them with no restriction on number of players. This game would give everyone happiness and mutuality. Ernst Haas rightfully quoted “Color is joy. One does not think joy. One is carried by it”.

Sometimes I see life as white canvas; and our duties & the way we confront them, is nothing but adding colors to it. There is so much we can learn from colors. “The purest and most thoughtful minds are those which love color the most.” - John Ruskin. As Red, Blue, Green are three basic colors, thus by mixing them we can create many other colors. The amount of each color used changes the color formation. For example if you mix lighter green and red you get yellow. Likewise our Life is made by three simple things love, honesty, and dreams all mixed in different proportions keeps us get going. And for example you mix honesty and dreams you get achievement. I have penned down few lines on colors and its effect in our lives.

Red the color of strawberry and cherry,

also filled with love and fury.

Yellow seems soothing sight,
teaches us always be full of life.

Green paints our garden bright,
how nature greets us with pride.

Blue Orange Purple White Black,
each has its own impact.

Always look what colors teach
there is nothing which we couldn’t reach.

Finally, I will only say that if your Life is a mouth watering dish, then color would be the main ingredient to it. As you enjoy each bite of the dish, enjoy life to the fullest while painting your world with amazing colors. So, keep adding colors to your life and help others to paint their world too.

“Life is a celebration of passionate colors” - Leialoha Cator

Read the next post, which is full of colors and focuses more on festival of colors-HOLI which essays that color effect most of the characteristics of life.
